Curcio Smith, a proud native of North Tulsa, is a passionate advocate for his community. He earned a degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Children and Family from Ottawa University. In Tulsa, Curcio loves exploring the city’s vibrant arts and culture scene, visiting coffee cafes, and staying active through boxing training. He is deeply committed to dismantling economic inequalities by fostering education and career development opportunities for under-resourced populations. Curcio’s work reflects his dedication to creating pathways for success and empowerment in his hometown and beyond.

Smith has extensive experience in community engagement, strategic partnerships, recruitment and project management. This is reflected in his previous work with My Brother’s Keeper-Tulsa, co-developing best practice communities to remove educational disparities for boys and young men of color, community-driven impact work with ImpactTulsa, and increasing economic mobility and skill development with Workforce Tulsa.
